Questions Need Answers
What is required to place an order?
All first time customers must register on shop.delivermd.com and complete a sign form. You will then submit the patient's government issued ID or MMIC. This ID must be shown to our driver to receive the order. All new patients must be at least 21 years of age. Expired IDs NOT accepted.
How do I place an order?
Visit shop.delivermd.com and log into your account. The menu of all available products in your area will be displayed. Select the item(s) you wish to purchase and click “Add to Cart”. Once you are ready to check-out, please click on “view cart” to review your order and move to check-out. You are also able to chat with our representatives using the chat feature on our websites or Weedmaps. When you have any special “Delivery Instructions”, please add them to the box.
What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is placed, you are unable to modify or change it. Next day orders or appointment deliveries can be modified, but please use the live chat on our website at least 4 hours before your scheduled delivery time to make any changes.
What is the best way to reach our budtenders, if you are experiencing difficulty calling/texting?
If you have any issues when trying to call us, please use our chat feature. It is located on our shop.delivermd.com in the lower right corner. One of our specialists will assist you as quickly as possible.
Is there an order minimum?
$50 minimum order before tax | $10 delivery fee for orders under $80 | Free delivery on all orders over $80 before tax
How do I pay for my order?
We are currently cash only. Deliver drivers do not carry change so please be close to the exact amount. Anything over exact change will be considered a tip for our wonderful drivers.
What's the earliest/latest you will take orders?
Our hours of operation are 9:00am-10pm. We do have an order cutoff time so to ensure same day delivery, please place your orders before 2:00pm. All orders placed after this will be delivered the next day, if you happen to place your order after the cutoff time please specify your preferred delivery window for the following day in the “Special Delivery Instructions” box. Please allow a 2 hour window and note that a representative will call you in the morning to confirm order details and address before delivery.
Are your products lab tested?
Yes, all of our products are lab tested and are in compliance with California's Bureau of Cannabis Control.
What types of products do you sell?
We have a variety of indoor and outdoor flowers from Smoakland and other brands. We carry vape carts, concentrates, edibles, and CBD products. All products are lab tested and compliant with California’s Bureau of Cannabis Control.
What is the difference between Organix and Exotix?
Our Smoakland Organix are premium sungrown flowers, commonly known as outdoor flowers. Our Organix are sourced from Northern and Southern regions of California. Our latest strains come from Yolo, Humboldt, Trinity, and Santa Barbara Counties. These areas are known to have some of the richest soil in the state. Smoakland Exotix are premium top shelf flowers. Each strain is grown in a more controlled environment and harvested at its peak to yield the highest potency and quality of our flower.

How long does it take for my delivery?
Our average delivery time is 45 to 90 minutes. If a driver is running late they will text you an update with their estimated delivery time.
